During one of Andrew's techniques in his mindset module, he pointed out an insight. That insight was a "limiting belief" of mine that I didn’t realize affected my decision making and how I worked. Over time, it developed into a true positive shift in my entire approach towards my leadership. I think about it often. It definitely impacts how I've led.

I came in knowing the power of executive coaching, so there was a lot to live up to! Growing a team is hard! Thankfully, we raised money from some great investors like Primary Ventures, Founder's Fund and others, and thankfully we're focused on growing a business in what we believe is a massive opportunity.
But there was a piece that I knew I would struggle with: growing and leading a team of people. I had never managed people or grown a team in this way before, and I knew that if I didn't get this right, the company's growth would falter. Andrew's methodologies and techniques have consistently delivered time and time again for me to feel confident and always know what to do in any management situation. One small example, Andrew helped me offload a lot of 1:1 conversations with team members into a system that works and is even better for the team themselves to be held accountable and to focus on their goals. This extra time has enabled me to move faster, working on the most important work, and drive the team forward further. There are countless other insights his program has unlocked.
I'm so glad I did this, I can't imagine where we would be without having this support. We obviously plan to grow a lot, and having these skills before the stakes are hopefully raised exponentially I know will make all the difference.
